Life in Spain in the seventies, as well as the country’s deeply-rooted view of the benefits of ownership, meant that the world of Business Centers had not yet begun to take shape here as it had in other countries. This created a unique opportunity which Lexington’s founder spotted and wanted to exploit, despite the difficulties of that era.
After a trip to the United States, José Manuel Vega Sánchez decided to introduce the philosophy of Business Centers into Spain and offer a workspace solution that would allow many companies to start up and grow in more flexible, immediate environments with much lower initial costs.
