Castellana 79 is once again opening its doors to new companies. Between October and December, Lexington will make 3,500 m² of flexible offices available at its flagship at Paseo de la Castellana 79, one of the benchmark buildings in our Madrid network.
The new availability is already 40% reserved and comes after one of our clients, a tech giant, moved to its own building after 11 years during which the space grew and adapted to the company's needs: from an initial 28 workstations to 450 positions and nearly 4,000 m² of offices.
An evolution that reflects precisely one of the main advantages of our model: the ability to adapt the workspace to each firm's growth.
From 28 to 450 workstations: an office that grew with its team
When this company arrived at Lexington, it started with a flex office for 28 people. As its team grew and its needs evolved, it gradually expanded its presence at Castellana 79 until it occupied nearly 4,000 m².
Over these years, Lexington developed for the company a fully customised corporate headquarters, designed around its brand identity, its way of working and its technological needs.
The 3,500 m² that remain available will allow Lexington to welcome new companies looking for a private, customised corporate headquarters, ready to grow or transform alongside their teams. That space is now starting a new chapter, with 40% of the floor area already reserved.
New corporate spaces at Castellana 79
The newly available floor area joins Lexington's offering in one of Madrid's main business hubs.
Beyond the square metres, the aim is to offer companies a space that can evolve with them: private offices, customised corporate environments and services that make it possible to manage their headquarters with more flexibility than in a traditional office model.
This ability to adapt is especially important for companies going through processes of growth, reorganisation or transformation of their ways of working.
“Companies no longer think about the office solely in terms of square metres; they value how they will actually use the space and how it can adapt to the evolution of their teams. Growth, hybrid models and uncertainty about future needs mean that the ability to expand, reduce or reconfigure an office is becoming an increasingly relevant factor in decision-making.”

Castellana 79, a workspace for companies' next stage
The expansion of available floor area at Castellana 79 reinforces Lexington's commitment to flexible offices for companies, a model that goes far beyond the traditional concept of coworking.
Today, many companies are looking for workspaces that combine the privacy and prestige of a corporate headquarters with the adaptability of a flexible model.
The new 3,500 m² at Castellana 79 respond precisely to that need, with spaces ready for companies that need larger corporate floor areas and room to evolve as their organisation changes.
And, in a way, the space's own journey is the best example: an office that began by housing 28 people grew into a 450-workstation headquarters and is now getting ready to support a new company in its next stage.
“Flexibility has stopped being an alternative to the traditional model and has become a competitive advantage. Being able to adapt an office to each company's real needs makes it possible to take space decisions from a perspective much more aligned with how the business evolves.”
